Samuel³ Hatch, the first child of Mary² Doty, was born 10 November 1678 in Scituate, MA, and died between 23 October 1766 and 2 February 1767.  He married Elizabeth Oldham 7 March 1705, and had three 2 daughters and one son.  He married Mary Silvester 27 October 1747, after the death of his first wife.  They had no children.
